NEW ARRIVAL!
Meet Christian leaders in the 9th-11th centuries living in Anglo-Saxon England. This collection by Vladimir Moss details the biographies of these people of faith. Here is an excerpt about St. Ethelfleda:

" She was particularly constant in attending the canonical hours of the church, and would not be prevented from this even by illness. Once, when it was her turn to read, she received the blessing and went up to the pulpit. But by Divine Providence her light was extinguished, while the ringers of her right hand gave out a wonderful brilliance with which she was able to read easily."
NEW ARRIVAL!
We also have recipe books that are unique and have recipes for tasty treats! Use those fresh strawberries in season to make a lovely cake. Every thought of making a Wimbledon Cake? Brandy Snaps? Florentines? Welsh Cake? Easy Lemon Traybake? Then this cake book is for you!

NEW ARRIVAL!
Immanuel Velikovsky wrote a book that used ancient sources to explain the evolution of the earth. When it was first published, it caused such an uproar that it was re-
published through smaller publishing houses. It has been reprinted multiple times. If you are interested at all in history or science, this book will be a great choice for you. Click on the book for more information.

Starting on June 20th, we will be reading short fairy tales written by George MacDonald in the late 1800s. This book club will discuss stories that are easy to read but still have a lot to talk about for all ages of readers. We are starting with "A Giant's Heart." It is a short, easy read with deep thoughts like -
Should you always tell the truth?
If you could hide your heart anywhere, where would you hide it?
This is FREE of charge - Please register to get your Zoom link!
Until next week....keep reading!
